PAYMENT
All consumer sales through this website are final. Payment by card is due at time of purchase, using the online order system and electronic shopping cart for checkout.

DELIVERY
Delivery fee varies based upon locations and carrier services.

SHIPMENT
THE MAKEUP ARCADE delivers to all 14 parishes. All orders in Jamaica are shipped via ZIPMAIL or Knutsford Express. THE MAKEUP ARCADE will determine the best shipping carrier for you, depending on your order and shipping location. The instant an order was successfully placed, our system will automatically send the purchase order to our warehouse and it will be processed to ship out as soon as possible.

PROCESSING TIME
Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) and may take 1 to 3 business days with a maximum of 7 business days, depending on immediate item availability.
All orders received before 3pm CST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. (Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.)
